A city courtyard between high walls dries slowly, which gives moss and green deposits free rein. On driveways and terraces outside the centre it's mostly dirt, leaf residue and black stains. We look at the surface first: concrete and pavers can take more pressure than tiles with soft joints or natural stone.

What do you need from me?

An outdoor tap and a power socket nearby. If there's no tap on your courtyard or roof terrace, let us know in advance.

Does the jointing sand wash out?

With pavers some jointing sand always comes out. We work to keep that limited and tell you afterwards whether the joints need refilling.

Do you also clean natural stone and bluestone?

Yes, but not at full pressure. We treat natural stone with our natural stone treatment, so it doesn't turn rough or dull.

Do you clean roofs or high facades?

No. We work from the ground: terraces, courtyards, driveways, paths, walls and steps.

How much does it cost?

That depends on the area and how dirty it is. After a few photos you get a fixed price, from €100.
