Cleaning for apartment buildings in Antwerp.

An Antwerp building with forty or eighty units has different needs from a small block: several lifts, an underground garage, a large glass entrance hall and a lot of foot traffic. We look after those common areas for syndics and owners' associations, matched to the number of residents.

Large buildings, heavy traffic

Fixed monthly price Garage included Logbook every visit

In a large building, foot traffic sets the rhythm. An entrance hall a hundred people pass through each day needs more than a weekly visit, while the underground garage manages with a few visits a year. We split the frequency by zone, so the association doesn't pay for the same rhythm everywhere.

FAQ

Large buildings — your questions

Our building has eighty flats. How often should it be cleaned?

It depends on the zone. A busy entrance hall and the lifts often need two or three visits a week, the stairwells weekly and the garage a few times a year. We propose a frequency per zone rather than one rhythm for the whole building.

We have a concierge. Do we still need you?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Often the concierge does the daily work and we take on the bigger visits, the garage or the entrance-hall glass. We split the tasks so nothing is done twice.

Do you clean the underground garage?

Yes, periodically: sweeping, treating oil stains and machine-cleaning the floor. We schedule it for when the fewest cars are parked.

Our waste goes to a street sorting point. What do you do then?

Then we don't put bins out, but keep the waste room or the route to the street clean. Where there are bins, we put them out on the collection calendar.

Can we put your quote to the owners' board?

Yes, with a frequency and price per zone, so the board can choose where the budget goes.

What notice period applies?

Three months by registered letter.

Cleaning common areas in Antwerp

Schoonmaakantwerpen cleans the common areas of apartment buildings in Antwerp, Berchem, Deurne, Borgerhout, Merksem and the Eilandje, for syndics, owners' associations and property managers.

Antwerp has many large apartment buildings, and they need a different approach from a small block. With many residents, foot traffic drives the work: entrance and lifts more often, stairwells weekly, the underground garage periodically. We propose a frequency per zone, so the association pays for what's needed rather than a uniform rhythm.
